Updates!

Sorry blog i have not been showing you any love! Well alot has happend these past few months. I shot my first wedding on April 18th it was fun but very exhausting! I learned alot from this one!BTW the bride and groom loved the photos! I also booked a second wedding for August 15th! woohoo. From what I learned from the first... this one should go off without a hitch! I will be doing their engagement session soon! Lets see what else...........I signed up with Model Mayhem.com to diversify my portfolio and two days in I booked my first model! Her modeling agency wants her to have some happy shots. So our theme is going to be Vintage Summer. The photos will have a vintage sunkissed finish to them! So im excited about that! I was thinking about entering this years Bayfest photo contest just for the fun of it! I have already selected a few of my favorites from this year! The theme this year is the same as last year: SKID-O-KAN. Need to get the creativity juices flowing this should be fun!
I cant believe that I just bought my Canon dslr in NOv.07! I havent been shooting very long but I have grown so much and learned throught mainly trial and error. My photoshop skills arent too shabby either. Thanks internet for all that you have done for me! lol
I should really take advantage of this summer because when fall comes its all about hitting the books! I am currently in level 2 of the RN program at DelMar! Sooo once that starts i can forget about shoots, but I will still be booking weddings since they are on weekends. Circus Fun!

Took the kids to the circus a few weeks ago. We had fun but it was a little boring. Jayden fell asleep at the end of the first half! Here are some shots that I got. Used my 75-300 lens and got some ok shots.

This girl has talent! Who else can make their head disappear, balance a spinning plate, and spinning {whatever those things are called} on your hands and feet? NOt me! lol

{Dia de los santos/muertos}

This past weekend I went to Kerrville TX to "celebrate" dia de los muertos. My grandpa, my baby cousin and baby nephew all had their place of rest pimped out! *LOL* We had a good time remembering them. We ate, drank, laughed and cried at the cemetery that morning. {Memorial wknd goodness}

Went o good ol Bandera over the memorial day wknd. I had a good time and enjoyed the parade and artists sale on the courthouse lawn. I have so many parade pics to post, but I will do that later when I get through with them. Here are some that I like so far.
